We brought a strong industrial style to this smart home, with a focus on upcycled and re-used materials.

Thanks to KNX wiring, smart technology can be run anywhere throughout the building. Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) gives a strong structure to the design while retaining a warm natural feel.

The showers in this house are custom-made, and the bathrooms have green walls. We gave the bedrooms a cozy feel, all the better for a good night’s sleep. But with this design the showstopper really is the living area — talk about WOW factor!
